NMUN Formal Session Recap 🎤🇺🇳 The formal NMUN Formal Session Recap 🎤🇺🇳 The formal session at NMUN gave our delegates the chance to represent their member states. Delegates delivered speeches, shared their ideas, and listened to different perspectives from around the world. Throughout the session, motions were raised to move the discussion forward and keep things organized. It was great to see how everyone worked together, discussed important issues, and practiced real diplomacy. 🗽As part of our intensive preparation for the N 🗽As part of our intensive preparation for the NMUN conference, we visited the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung (FES) office in New York. 🫱🏻‍🫲🏾 Together with Volker Lehmann, Senior Policy Analyst at FES, we explored key conference topics, discussed the structure of various councils, and had the chance to ask all our burning questions. The session gave us valuable insights, deepened our understanding of international issues, and helped us feel even more prepared for the upcoming conference. Founded in 1925, the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung is Germany’s oldest political foundation. Its New York office acts as a bridge between the United Nations, global partners, and FES offices worldwide.
